8 Things That Makes Introverts Incredibly Attractive video
We tend to associate happiness with outgoing people . Society tends to reward those people who move easily in company . The introverts are often uncomfortable, sometimes difficult to understand those who do not need to constantly please others. They should not be confused with the lonely or the shy or the antisocial . The introversion is something else. In this ridiculously noisy society, they are the flower in the desert of banality.
The introverts do not require the attention of others, prefer to observe be observed. However, that does not mean that they sometimes want to be recognized, as psychiatrist Marti Olsen Laney tells, in her book The Introvert Advantage . Olsen tells how it is to feel like a green dog in a world that does not reward introversion , how this generates guilt and shame, feelings that these types of people usually deal with.
In this compulsive-speaking society, introverts are the serene exception. Although some may be shy , most are not. They simply don't need to constantly chat and avoid superficiality. When they find deep conversation, most flourish and reveal their ideas.
According to Jung , "Introverts have more ways to protect themselves. They appreciate a simpler life, plan and reflect on new ways of doing things, and encourage others to develop self-reflection and think before acting."

2. Innovation
Introverts don't conform to social rules and often distance themselves from them. That leads them to innovate. Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Wozniak and Bill Gates are famous introvert personalities.
3. Empathy
Their attunement to the feelings of others and attention to the inner workings of the mind can make them very empathetic and compassionate. So they move better talking to a single person than interacting in a group.
4. Great observers
They know how to listen and observe. Since they don't waste time with noise, they read between the lines.
5. Ability to overcome
As society does not make it easy for them, they have gone to learn with sticks. This has taught them to overcome obstacles, to overcome themselves. So they end up becoming very empathetic and loyal people.
